It's What We Do.

We provide Aircraft Leasing and Financing for many types of aircraft to clients around the world. We structure each transaction as appropriate for the aircraft type and client's needs.

We are not a broker. We are the exclusive, direct source to the money.

Brokers may present transactions provided you are professional and are aware of your responsibilities of professionalism and confidentiality in all matters. You must also have a contract with your clients for representation and payment. We do not pay brokers but we can assure your contract for payment from your client at closing.

We do not inventory aircraft and we are not an airline (ie: aircraft operator). Therefore we do not offer Wet Lease, Charter or ACMI type leases. We do offer Lease Financing, ie Financing, and Dry Leasing and other structures as appropriate.

We especially prefer Commercial and Corporate Jet, Regional Jet and Turbo Prop type aircraft.

Turbo Prop type aircraft types that we'll finance are high end private aircraft, such as Piagio Avanti or similar, and commercial types such as Embraer, Saab etc. We'll also Finance-Lease larger Helicopters.

Our governing board (who makes the decision on your request) has over 50 years combined experience in the aviation lending-leasing industry with Manufacturers, Independent Lessors and Independently and we're very adept at determining financing/leasing requirements and structure for transactions to meet market needs.

We regularly make determinations on financing requests within 2-3 days of receiving a clients application package and deliver a Term Sheet defining terms and conditions. You won't have to wait weeks (or months) to get an answer from us.
